McDonald's: An unethical relationship of CEO with the employee
I Md Inzamul Haque Shiam from Lovely Professional University feels the need to share my viewpoint on Mcdonald's CEO Steve Easterbrook (Unethical behavior). First of all understand the basic meaning of Ethics. Ethics is the discipline in Philosophy in Scientific thought that grounds the reason for activity especially of doing the right avoiding the odd on rational principles Ethics goes into such questions what ought I to do Why should I do it what is the alternative if I donot do it and what is the common benefit for a global universal audience presence or participant in an action that a human being performs that might impact on the lives of others, but grounded on rationality . On the other hand Ethics refer to the applied or professional ethics that examine the principles of ethics within the business environment. It also refers to the study of business policies and procedures in terms of ethical issues.
Every business faces a number of ethical and unethical issues. Human resource is one of the most important issues in a business. Every business has its own rules and regulations regarding the employee. In McDonald, there is principle that, there is no acceptance of the relationship with the employees of the organization with the managers. But CEO, Steve Easterbrook has broken the rules.
In my point of view, every people should obey the rules and regulations of the organization. If anyone tries to break the rules, he should be taught and action should be taken. Here in McDonald''s, The CEO has broken the rule. As he had the consensual relations with the employee of the same company. As a result, he was made to quit his job. This is absolutely an unethical.
Thank you

Here the unethical relationship of CEO with the employee of the McDonald's is regarded as the unethical issue of business and he had a consensual relationship with one of the employee of the organization. As a result, he had to leave the McDonald's. This is regarded as an unethical issue for the organization. This is strictly against the principles of that company. That’s why CEO has been made to leave the job.
Thank you

DeleteEvery occurrence has different reason and point view. No one knows the exact reason of any problem and no one has the absolute solution for the problem. So it might be good to explain both point of view and take one decision.

ReplyDeleteWell said now my question is why top level managers are doing this kind of stuffs? if CEO is doing this where will the company go?
ReplyDeleteActually it is not about top level management. It's about human emotion. Easterbrook is also human, he indulged by his emotion. This is a obvious mistake by him. Thats why he had sacked from his post.
Deletegreat job 👍
